My MAKING OF STAR WARS book

The digital rights to the audio interviews I did in 1976-78 did not exist at the time because Apple had just come out with their first Apple II machine, and Microsoft's DOS had not yet been born.
This is how long ago these films were made, boys and girls. Microsoft didn't exist. Well, DOS and Windows didn't exist. An iPhone was basically the stuff of science fiction. It's hard to realize, but try. Stretch your imagination to a time before the internet. That's the only way you'll realize how far we've advanced.
Everything was analog... well, almost everything. There were hints of doing digital editing, but the digital industry was really in its sperm and egg stage. It hadn't even reached infancy. Infancy began with DOS -- so we Apple users were way ahead of the game. :)
